☆ Cairo, Egypt ☆

April 2025

During my visit to Cairo, I spent the afternoon at Al-Azhar Park, followed by a stroll through the vibrant Khan El Khalili bazaar. The next day was packed with historical exploration, starting with the beautiful Prince Mohamed Ali Palace. I then ventured into Old Cairo to discover the deep roots of Coptic history, visiting ancient churches and walking along narrow alleys steeped in Christian heritage. At the Citadel, I took in sweeping views across the city, a breathtaking sight that truly captured Cairo’s vastness and contrast. The majestic Mosque of Muhammad Ali impressed me with its Ottoman-style grandeur and commanding presence atop the hill. My day ended at the National Military Museum, where I explored Egypt’s military history through an impressive collection of artifacts and exhibits. (60 photos)
